HORSE SHOWING

This is an introductory horse show level that introduces the rider to the show ring. Schooling shows are 1 day only, ship in/ship out to a show facility or an at home horse show. This level of horse show is offered at Kildare North. At home horse shows are announced on our social media feeds and via e-mail to current riders. *Rider must be part-boarding to show*

The KHJA circuit has recently been rejuvenated by a team of Equestrians who have experience with horse showing and hosting, as well as a passion for the sport. This is a summer circuit hosted by 5 riding facilites in the Kawartha Lakes. These horse shows are 1 day only, ship in/ship out. KHJA is a great step towards the Silver Series. We offer this circuit at Kildare North. The KHJA circuit maxes out at 2'6 jump height. *Rider must be part-boarding to do this horse show*

The Silver Series is an Ontario Equestrian regulated Horse show that accumlates points that qualify the horse and rider for other levels of horse showing, including . In Peterborogh we show close to home so affordable travel is required. This is a 3 day horse show, ship in, schooling day 1, competitive horse show day 2 & 3, ship home at end of day 3. Level of horse showing is decided by the Head Trainer and rider, based on rider and horse abilities. This horse show circuit is offered at Kildare East. Rider must be part-boarding a training horse, leasing, boarding their owned horse with Kildare Stables, or riding at another facility but taught by Head Trainer Kevin Sweeney. This series is not offered through Kildare North, but if you are looking to step up to the Silver Series, we are happy to facilitate finding an appropriate horse that fits rider level and goals. The Silver Series maxes out at 3'3 jump height. *OE and EC memberships are required*

The Caledon Silver Series is an Ontario Equestrian regulated Horse show that accumlates points that qualify the horse and rider for other levels of horse showing, including Playoffs. This horse show is hosted at the Caledon Equestrian Park, Palgrave. Travel and overnight stay is required. This is a 5 day horse show, ship in, schooling day 1, competitive horse show day 2-5, ship home at end of day 5. Level of horse showing is decided by the Head Trainer and rider, based on rider and horse abilities. This horse show circuit is offered at Kildare East. Rider must be part-boarding a training horse, leasing, boarding their owned horse with Kildare Stables, or riding at another facility but taught by Head Trainer Kevin Sweeney. This series is not offered through Kildare North, but if you are looking to step up to the Silver Series, we recommend looking at the Silver Series East.
